You can access BT Online by visiting our official website, www.banyantreeadvisors.com. Simply click on “Client Login” link on the homepage which will redirect you to BT Online.

Your PAN will be your default User ID. When you log in for the first time, you’ll be asked to reset your password.

Your first point of contact is your dedicated Relationship Manager or Service Manager.

Only the primary account holder receives login credentials, since the account is linked to the PAN of the primary holder.

BT Online makes it easy to review your portfolio anytime, from anywhere. You can see allocations, track performance, check the latest holdings, and view transaction summaries – all in one place.

Portfolio details are updated daily. You can view portfolio values on BT Online as of the end of the previous business day.

Yes. You’ll still get all the standard reports that we have been sending you periodically.

At the time of closure, you’ll receive your closure and taxation reports by email, sent to your registered address as per our usual schedule. Once your account is closed, your login access to BT Online will be deactivated.

Yes. At Banyan Tree, we are fully committed to protecting your information and maintaining a secure environment. All data is encrypted and handled in line with regulatory standards to ensure your information remains safe. BT Online uses multi-factor authentication – each time you log in, a One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to your registered email. We also request that you keep your login details confidential.

No. BT Online is designed only for monitoring and reviewing your portfolio. Transactions are currently not supported on the platform.
